At Meant2Mean, we are committed to delivering high-quality candles that bring warmth, elegance, and a luxurious fragrance experience to your home. Each candle is carefully crafted using premium wax and thoughtfully curated fragrance blends to create a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Because our candles are personal and fragrance-based products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue quickly. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used candles
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after the specified return period
